In partnership with the Public Education Foundation and the Clark County Education Association we tailored the Teacher FastTrack Retain (TFT Retain) program to stay with you even after graduation, helping you thrive in your new role and combat the challenges that lead many new teachers to leave the profession early.
With the TFT Retain program, you’ll have access to a user-friendly website designed to simplify your transition into the school system and guide you as you navigate your new responsibilities. From day one, you’ll have unlimited access to a wealth of resources, tools, and support—all at your fingertips. Whether you’re looking for classroom strategies, mentorship, or just a helping hand, Nevada Forward is committed to ensuring you feel confident, prepared, and supported throughout your teaching journey.

Guides on Demand
Teacher FastTrack Guides on Demand offers personalized mentorship and expert support to help you navigate your school district and classroom with confidence. Designed for new educators, this program provides tailored guidance on classroom management, lesson planning, and district policies, ensuring you have the tools to succeed. With experienced mentors by your side, you’ll gain the insights and support needed to tackle challenges and build a strong foundation for a rewarding teaching career
Virtual Office Hours
Teaching can feel isolating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Join us every Thursday from 3:30-4:30 p.m. for Virtual Office Hours—your weekly opportunity to connect with a master practitioner who’s dedicated to your growth and success. Together, we’ll analyze your teaching strategies, explore constructive improvements, and share tools to help you thrive in the classroom. Plus, it’s a chance to connect with other new teachers, exchange ideas, and build a network of colleagues who understand your journey.
Teacher Toolkit
We’ve designed the Teacher Toolkit with you in mind—to give early-career educators like yourself the tools and resources you need to make an immediate impact in your classroom and grow in your profession. Inside, you’ll find a wealth of free resources, from local supports to national networks, all tailored to help you succeed.
